Vad betyder det att vinna H&M stipendiatet för er?
Vi har haft ett helt fantastiskt år både vad det gäller försäljning och uppskattning i branschen så att vinna H&M-stipendiatet var verkligen ytterligare ett underbart bevis på att vi gör rätt saker. Men framförallt känns det som en fantastisk start på 2007. Med H&M och Elle i ryggen kommer det gå lättare att slå sig fram internationellt.
Hur stora är Minimarket internationellt?
Våra kläder säljs i 11 länder och 16 städer, vi har även fått mycket positiv uppmärksamhet i utlandet och i maj 2007 kommer vi t ex att finnas med i en ny bok som släpps där Europas 40 mest innovativa designers presenteras. Det känns stort med tanke på att många av våra förebilder kommer att presenteras i samma bok. Det är bara vi och Ann-Sofi Back som kommer att representera Sverige. Det känns enormt roligt och spännande.
Kan ni beskriva era individuella stilar?
Vi har alla starka och personliga stilar vilket vi tror är något av nyckeln till vår framgång - vi kompletterar varandra. Jennifer är väldigt funktionell i sin stil och gillar sköna kläder. Oversize är en favorit. Pernilla är den rockiga som gillar dramatiska skärningar och draperingar. Plaggen får gärna vara i trikå. Just nu är favoriten den stora herrskjortan. Sofie står för det klassiskt feminina. En dressad och sensuell stil som känns genomtänkt och sofistikerad.
Vilka modehus har ni stor respekt för?
Det är så svårt att svara på då det kan varierar så mycket från kollektion till kollektion. Tar man t ex Marc Jacobs kan han verkligen göra en besviken med en kollektion men i nästa stund imponera stort. Balenciaga har dock varit otroligt starka de senaste kollektionerna och sen måste man ju även beundra såna som Vivienne Westwood som lyckas vara så konsekventa i sitt uttryck.
